Assignment
Investigate how moving to the web could/would help Harmony Inside to deal with the complexity of their environment. Discover and describe attenuators and amplifiers that they will get/need to increase their variety to the requisite level. If possible, give additional suggestions on how Harmony inside should deal with the complexity.
In the first place, investigate how moving to the web helps to deal with the diversity of their clients. Then, move your attention to how moving to the web affects the complexity of other sides of the business, such as, marketing and sales, geographical distribution of resources and clients.
Note that some of the Harmony Inside plans presented in the interviews may introduce additional complexity, e.g. using resources from outside Sweden. Discover such consequences, and check whether they explain how to manage them. If not, give your suggestions.

Documentation and presentation
Your investigation should be documented on approximately two A4 pages, submitted in iLearn2 and brought to the seminar, S1, where it will be presented and discussed. All groups and all group members are expected to come to the seminar, to discuss descriptions and suggestions with peers and teachers.
