Assignment
- Take the list of organizational goals that you identified in Assignment 1. Classify them according to the material from Lecture 4 and resources attached to it. If needed, add more goals to the list. Suggest how to measure organizational effectiveness of Harmony Inside AB in relation to the identified goals.
- When the move to the web is completed, some goals become satisfied, but new ones may appear. Specify a new set of goals after the move has been completed and business expanded. Motivate, and, also, declare your assumptions when necessary. Are there any possible conflicting goals that you want the organization to be aware of?
- Finally, suggest how to measure both efficiency and effectiveness of the web based platform they are about to implement for their business.

Documentation and presentation
Your investigation should be documented on approximately two A4 pages and brought to the discussion during a meeting with your supervisor (one of the teachers). The meeting appears as Red2 in the course schedule. The whole group is expected to come to this session, to discuss your descriptions and suggestions.
