Assignment
- How would you recommend Harmony Inside to address the idea of online support groups, i.e., self-help through social interaction for their clients? Suggest ways to implement it in the company’s new web system and how to manage it.
- Exemplify measurements/how to evaluate the effectiveness of the web based solution suggested for self-help through social interaction.
- Investigate also how Harmony Inside can work with both individual learning and organizational learning. How would you suggest that these should be related and influence each other? Is it possible to use the web system for this; if so, how? What would you suggest that they focus on, that should be prioritized in their current situation?

Documentation and presentation
Your answers shall be documented on approximately two A4 pages and brought to the discussion during a meeting with your supervisor (one of the teachers). The meeting appears as Red4 in the course schedule. The whole group is expected to come to this session, to discuss your descriptions and suggestions.
